Alexa's P.O.V
Nick took my hand in his and we sat on the bed, I was so nervous and worried about what he was going to say. Did I do something wrong? Did he regret me being here? After a few minutes of silence, Nick cleared his throat and looked me right in the eye.
"I know you might not be ready to mate right now, but the marking must be done. Yes it will hurt, but only for a few seconds and after I mark you, then you in return mark me, I'll guide you through it if you want." Nick said, causing my previous worry to disappear. I sat there thinking for a moment and deciding what to do.
"I would like for you to guide me, I'm a little scared and I don't want to hurt you." I replied and Nick smiled at my response.
"It's going to hurt a little, but the pain will go away." Nick said and I nodded.
"I'm ready Alpha." I replied, Nick smiled like he was filled with pride.
"Then let's begin shall we. Now I'm going to lick the marking spot to numb it some, so you will feel me licking your neck." Nick said, I nodded and waited, as I felt him licking my neck, which sent shivers of excitement through my body.
"Ready?" Nick whispered, I nodded yes and he held me as he bit into my neck. I screamed out in pain for a moment and then relaxed, the pain stopped and Nick had let me go, looking up at me.
"Are you ok?" Nick asked me, his voice laced with concern, I just nodded yes and he smiled once more.
"Ok you remember what I did? You do the same." Nick said, leaning his head to the side. I took a deep breath and leaned into him, licking his neck and biting into him. I went a little deep, making sure the mark would stay and I even tasted blood in my mouth. I let go looking up at him for some reason, I wanted to kiss him and so I leaned closer, kissing him passionately, he returned the kiss, but then suddenly stopped.
"Come on let's get our rest, we have a long day tomorrow." Nick said, I was a little surprised, I thought he wanted to mate. Did he really want me? We both laid down and I heard him chuckle.
"Love I can hear your thoughts, of course I want you. We just have a long day tomorrow, yours starts at five, mine starts at four." Nick laughed, holding me close to him and we both fell asleep
