[Stella’s POV]
“So, what would you like to do?” Armaros asked as we stepped out of the car. I looked at him confused, as he waited for my response.
“Are you saying that I can decide where we should go?” I asked, as he grinned.
“If you like to.” He spoke, as I felt like a little child in a toy-store on Christmas day.
“Then, let’s go this way!” I beamed as I pulled at Armaros' arm, as he first seemed a bit surprised, but shortly after he started to chuckle, as he followed me.
We headed down the street, where I looked at all the buildings and shops as we passed by them, and I couldn’t help but be mesmerized by it.
“Can we get an ice cream?” I asked, as we passed by an ice cream store, making my eyes light up.
“We can..” he spoke, as I ran in there looking at all the flavors.
“What kind of flavor do you like?” He asked me, as I was letting my eyes wander over the big rainbow of choices.
“Chocolate, definitely chocolate!” I blurred out all excited, as he once again started to chuckle.
“One chocolate ice cream, please.” Armaros spoke to the lady behind the counter, and a minute later she handed over the ice cream.
“Here you go, miss.” The lady said, as she handed it to me.
“Thank you so much!” I smiled.
“Here, just keep the rest!” Armaros spoke, as he handed the lady twenty bucks, before we walked out and sat down on the outdoor tables.
“Why didn’t you get one?” I asked him, as I licked on the ice cream, before turning to look at him.
He had moved his chair next to mine, and was sitting there, while he began to observe me.
“I thought that you might let me have a taste..” he spoke as he grinned.
“Oh.. Yeah, of course you can..” I spoke, but just as I said that, Armaros grabbed gently onto my chin and pulled me in for a kiss, one I wasn’t prepared for.
His tongue moved over my lips, and into my mouth, before he pulled away again and licked his lips.
“Hmm, very delicious.” He spoke as he flashed a perfect smile, while his eyes twinkled with amusement, probably from my flustered face.
“You know.. You look so cute when your cheeks are all pink..” he added, while he moved his fingers down my right cheek.
I couldn’t help but look around to see if people were staring, because it was already embarrassing enough.
----
“So, where do you wanna go now?” He asked as I had finished my ice cream, and we started wandering down the street again.
He had been holding my hand, but proceeded to place his hand on my waist.
I thought about it for a moment, when a building came into view and an idea popped up.
“Can we go to the library?” I asked, pointing towards the old library building, as he tilted his head, and gave me an amused glance.
“The library? I didn’t figure you were such a bookworm..” he chuckled as I shrugged.
“Neither did I, but spending a lot of time alone in a room, without a phone, put things in perspective, you know..” I trailed off as we headed towards the library doors.
“I guess..” he spoke lowly, but I chose not to comment more on it.
I didn’t want to dwell on that anymore.
“So what kind of books are you into? Maybe the erotic section has the right spice for you..?” he whispered as he leaned closer to my ear and slowly let his tongue glide over my earlobe, giving me shivers as I couldn’t help but blush.
“No.. I-I’m not!” I spoke as I shook my head, but he just looked even more amused by my reaction.
“No? Don’t say you aren’t the least curious.. I bet you would love it.” He added, as he continued to let his free hand trail from my neck, down my back and all the way down to my waist, before pulling me so close, that I could feel his hardness press against my hips.
I once again felt a warm feeling stir inside of me. He was affecting me on so many levels, I had no idea how to react to it.
“Hey..” Armaros spoke, as he tilted my chin, so I was looking at him.
“I’m just teasing you, don’t be so nervous, I’m not gonna bite.. Well, not unless you want me too.” He added as he placed a tantalizing kiss on my lips.
“So, where do we start?” He asked as he pulled away, like nothing had happened. I quickly cleared my throat, as I walked down the hall, to find some of the books I liked reading.
I picked up a book, as I was letting my hand glide over the book cover, and turned it around, while I smiled for myself.
“Ha! I knew it, you are into that smut stuff!” He spoke, almost making me jump.
“It’s not the same! This is romance, not erotic, smut, or whatever you call it!” I defended, keeping my eyes on the shelves, so it wouldn’t be too obvious how embarrassed I felt.
“Don’t worry, I won’t judge.. Just remember to share some of the good stuff with me.” He added, as he leaned himself against me from behind.
“For Moon Goddess sake, Armaros, this is a library!” I shrieked in a low voice, as I couldn’t take it anymore.
“Okay, okay, I’m sorry, I’ll stop teasing you.” He stated as he gave me a gentle smile as he took a hold on my hand and intwined his fingers with mine. I stared at my hand for a moment before I looked back into his red, gloomy eyes, holding so many secrets and promises.
He was making my heart drum so fast, that I could barely contain it.
“Dear Goddess, what have you done to me?”
As I had borrowed the book I wanted, we walked back out of the library. Armaros handed me my book, before we walked back to the car and drove back to his mansion.
[..]
“So.. On a scale from one to ten, how well did I do?” Armaros asked, as he and Stella arrived back at the house, and he closed the door to the room.
“Well, except for all your teasing, it was very nice.. So, I’ll say an eight..” Stella spoke. She walked towards the bed, as she was smiling to herself, when he took a hold of her from behind.
“Only eight.. What did I miss?” He asked.
“You shouldn’t tease your date, it’s not okay.. But thank you for today..” Stella replied, as she turned around and looked at him.
“I just like to see you blush a little, it makes you look sexy.. But I should be the one thanking you.. I really had a lot of fun today..” Armaros revealed as he leaned closer, only being a few inches from Stella’s lips, when a hard knock fell on the door, interrupting them.
“Someone is here to see you!” Corson called out, from behind the door, as Armaros knitted his eyebrows, clearly annoyed by the sudden disturbance.
“I don’t care, tell them, I don’t have time right now!” He growled as he turned back to Stella and was about to pick up where they left off.
“It’s your father!” He revealed, making Armaros tense, as his eyes flickered back and forth, between Stella and the door.
“Give me a moment!” He called out, as he turned his attention to Stella.
“I have to go down there, you just stay here.” Armaros spoke, as she nodded. But she couldn’t help feel something was off.
“Is everything alright?” Stella asked, as he looked at her, after he had opened the door.
“We will soon find out.” He spoke before he walked out and closed the door.
On the way, he asked Shax to keep an eye on her while he was gone, before he proceeded to walk down the hall and directly from there he headed down the stairs.
There he saw his father standing by the door, waiting for him, looking rather impatient.
“Father, how unexpected of you, it doesn’t seem like you to show up unannounced!” He stated plainly.
“Well, a disturbing rumor came to my attention, so I needed to see for myself if it’s true!” Damon shot, as he narrowed his eyes.
“Tell me, do you have something going on with a werewolf!?” He snapped.
“Who has told you that?” Armaros asked as he tried to suppress the anger he was feeling.
“Damien, of course!” He snarled.
“He doesn’t know what he’s talking about,” Armaros stated.
“Well, I’ll be the judge of that, so I wanna see this wolf for myself – where is she?” He continued.
Armaros didn’t want his father anywhere near Stella, so he tried to come up with an excuse to get out of it, but as Armaros was on the way to answer his father, he was suddenly interrupted.
“Right here!” Armaros suddenly heard Damien call out.
He came down the stairs, as he was pulling Stella with him, making a stir of anger and despair start inside Armaros, as he cursed his brother internally.
“Let go of me!” Stella yelled as she tried getting free from his hold, but he didn’t let go before they stood right in front of Damon and Armaros.
[Stella’s POV]
As Armaros left the room, Shax shortly after came in, and proceeded to sit down at his usual spot, which was the chair beside the door.
“Hey Shax!” I greeted him as he came in, and he immediately lighted up.
“Hi cupcakes!” He greeted.
“So.. How was your date?” Shax asked eagerly, as he looked at me with a grin. I felt a light blush on my cheeks, as I gave him a smile.
“Fine..” I trailed off, as he just frowned amused at me.
“Arh, don’t give me that, I need some dirty details here, cupcakes.. Did he kiss you?” He continued as he wiggled his eyebrows, making me shake my head.
“Well.. He was letting me choose where to go, which was really nice of him.. And yeah, he did.” I spoke, as the picture of him kissing me when he had bought me an ice cream came to my mind.
“I knew he couldn’t keep his hands off you..” Shax grinned, as I covered my face for a moment.
But then the door suddenly reopened, and Morax and Damien came into the room, making me look at them in shock.
“What the hell are you two doing here?” Shax fired at them, as he rose from his seat. But then Morax pulled out his gün, making me tense.
“Stay out of it, Shax!” Morax snapped, as he pointed the gün at Shax.
“What the.. You are going to regret this, Morax.” Shax warned him, as he then lifted his hands in the air, before he sent me an apologetic glance.
“You are coming with me.” Damien stated as he walked over to me, and grabbed me by the arm and pulled me up from the bed.
“Why? I don’t wanna go with you!” I hissed, as I tried pulling away, but he didn’t let go, instead he proceeded to pull me towards the door.
“Too bad because there is someone here who wants to meet you.” He grinned, as he started to pull me out the door and down the hall, until we came to the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs, I saw Armaros standing with another man. If I had a guess, I knew it had to be their father.
Armaros resembled him a lot, but he just looked a little older, and then he had this fainted scar down his cheek. He stared at me for a moment, as if I were someone he knew, and it gave me the chills.
“So, this is the famous she-wolf I’ve heard so much about.” He spoke to no one in specific, but he glanced at Armaros before returning his gaze to me.
He stood like that for a moment without saying anything, just observing me, which kind of weirded me out.
“What is your name, little one?” He asked me, as I eyed my surroundings.
“Stella..” I replied in a low voice, as his lips tilted slightly.
“Well, Stella.. My name is Damon.. I’m sorry for staring, but the resemblance to your mother really is remarkable.” He spoke, making my eyes widen.
“You know my mother?” I asked, surprised. I might not know this man, but from what I’ve heard, he was bad news, and I was positive that my mother wouldn’t associate with such a person as him, voluntarily.
“Of course! How could I ever forget the person who gave me this scar.” He spoke, as he pointed at his cheek. Which only confirmed my theory about him.
“From where I see it, you probably deserved it.” I scoffed because I knew my mother would never hurt anyone intentionally unless they did something to deserve it. But I tensed, as he grabbed my arm harshly.
“You really should be careful with that smart mouth of yours, your mother had the same bad habit – but maybe I should give you a matching one and then see what happens?” He threatened, as he narrowed his eyes at me, making me swallow a lump.
“You are not burning her father! I don’t want any permanent damage to something that belongs to me!” Armaros warned him, though it stung a little that he referred to me as some kind of property, he at least defended me.
“Fine! Then I’ll just discipline her.. Unless you have something you want to admit, right now?” Damon spoke.
I turned to look at him, but he didn’t say anything, his face was cold and emotionless, but he couldn’t look me in the eyes – or at least he wouldn’t.
“I take that as a no, then.” Damon added, before he slapped me across the face, making me scream by the pain, as I tried shrinking away from him, but Damien pulled me back up, before Damon slapped my other cheek, as I let out another scream, as I felt the racking pain.
I covered my face with both my hands, as I had to fight myself not to start crying out in front of them.
“Have you proven your point, father?” Armaros asked as Damon was observing Armaros features, but he wasn’t showing any kind of emotions – nothing whatsoever.
“For now.. She can leave!” Damon stated, as he waved his hand carelessly.
Then Armaros looked at me, but there was nothing to see. I felt like I was looking at a complete stranger.
“Go to your room!” Armaros demanded, as I ran up the stairs, not even leaving a single glance in their direction.
As I reached halfway to the room, I passed by Morax, who just seemed like nothing had happened.
Then I walked into the room and though I, most of all, just wanted to slam the door, I didn't, 'cause I had no wish to challenge fate.
So, instead, I closed it behind me, as I leaned my hands against it for a moment, trying to calm my breathing, but then I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder, making me jump.
“Hey, don’t be scared, it’s just me.” Shax comforted me, as I turned to look at him with tears in my eyes and my breathing was shallow.
I then leaned in to him, as he gave me a hug and he just soothed me, as I couldn’t help the tears anymore.
