Chapter 10
Three years later since Amethyst went to France, her life is never been easy after she left. The sun is already down but she's still inside her office watching the city from above. Malalim na bumuntong hininga si Amethyst ng marinig ang tumutunog na cellphone, she took it on the table and answered her mother's call, ayaw niya pa sana dahil sigurado siyang kukulitin lang siya nito na umuwi ngunit kailangan niya itong sagutin dahil baka sugurin siya nito sa France.
"Mama?"
"Amethyst, kailan ang uwi mo?"
Amethyst chuckled, nag lakad siya palapit sa bintana at duon tumayo. She sighed before closing her eyes.
"A month from now right?" She said.
"You said that years ago!" Wika ni Keana. "Don't tell me aabutin ka nanaman ng ilang taon pa?"
