Over the next few days, we fall into a routine together. Wake up, breakfast, work, lunch, work, home, dinner, bed then we start all over again the next day. I hate to admit it but we have become a typical couple.
By the end of the week, I feel completely drained of the routine and the weekend is calling my name. During lunch, Leo leaves for a conference a few hours away. He leaves me the car keys and apartment keys before giving me a kiss to remember him by while he is gone. At my computer, putting in patient information, I mentally plan a nice romantic dinner at home. I know Leo will be home around 9 so it will be a total surprise. We need a little umph in our relationship. We have a lot of umph in the bedroom but out in the real world, we are a boring couple.
