In the middle of the forest, suddenly I see a big lizard trail.
I am getting closer!
Following the trail, finally I found it!
The black scale as dark night, magnificient poisonous lizard.
It was hunting a prey. A smaller lizard.
I observe it. Waiting for any weakness so my attack wiuld be more successful.
As the lizard chasing its pray, i follow behind its steps.
Fortunely when the lizard have success catching the prey with its claws, its let down its guard.
I smirk.
The air filled with poisonous start to act up in its body.
The attack begin.
Slowly its body become weak. The movement become slowly.
Befitting as a deadly class monster, the poison are only able to slow down its movement.
If a normal monster faced my poison, it already dead by now.
At moment of confusion, i take out my poisonous dagger and pierced through its core.
Instant death. Sudden attack always bear fruit.
Looking at its corpse, i take out my bottles and start collecting the poisonous and its remain.
Mission accomplished. With this, I can save Lady Rose.
The only thing I should do now is to make it on time.
After finished collecting, I started getting ready to leave.
"Piu..ppiu.."
Something tugging my trouser.
Looking down, i saw the lizard's prey looking at me.
The prey have a slimy elongated body with white scale. Yes!. Its look just like a snake but with scale and different sound its make.
I think that it was a newborn monster since it was so tiny. Since i just save it from being eaten, it thought that I am a safe place for it to be with.
"Ppiu~" its looking at me with its teary eyes. If words can describe those eyes, it is like 'bring me...'.
"You want to follow me?" I look at it.
"Pi..". It excitedly nodded its head.
This little one can understand human language. Good.
Holding out my hand, it start to slither its body and come to move into the pocket of my cloth.
Easy to carry.
As I thought this cute little one can be my pet.
Touching its head, "As you are so loveable, i will named you as Ai. Do you like it?".
"Ppi..", I can feel it move excitedly and nodded its head. It really love the name.
"Ai, lets go back home now".
"Pii.." it answered and rest its self.
Maybe fatigue after a whole accident occur to it.
"Rest Ai". I pet it. Ai start to relax its body in my pocket.
I start to conventrated mana in my body to my feet and maximized the intake of mana into my body and start to move toward the direction of my home.
As how it was before, i start to buy the horse at nearest town and filled up my food storage.
Then, i enter into the adventure guild to sell the remain of the poisonous lizard that i have killed before which contain its scale, organ and bones in the bag.
Presenting the remains, the guild receptionist look totally flabbergasted.
"Miss Kira, is this the remain of Poisonous Lizard that live in the forest! AN S CLASS MONSTER!!!".
"Yes. Is something matter?".
"You hunt and killed the lizard? Thus these mean the lizard no longer lurking in the forest! Men can hunt the monster in the forest now". The receptionist look ecstatic.
"Yeah?.." i am confused. Why his reaction is just too much? Isnt it normal? It is just a lizard.
"Thank you Miss Kira. You are the saviour of our town". The receptionist calm down and started the serious conversation.
"By selling the remains, u have submitted the extermination of the S class monster. Thus this give you an upgrade in rank".
He started to calculated the points. As if finished, he started to smile.
"Congratulation Miss Kira. You have upgraded from rank F to rank A".
What! A very high rank in my first time selling items. Am I a really overpower person!
"Take this A class button identity and the price for the remains are 100 000 gold. Thanks for exterminated the monster."
"Welcome. I would like to leave now. Thanks for the business".
"Miss Kira, how can guild contact you for any inquiry?"
"I wish to be known anonymous. Goodbye".
"Goodbye. Take care Miss Kira".
I start to leave the town and continue my destination.
After 3 day, I see Duke Ernest mansion.
I have arrived!
