Meir walked away from the room and went back to the reception, where he grabbed his phone and was about to dial Damon's number. But he stopped abruptly, having a rethink. “I should go to him instead.” He mumbled to himself and made his way out of the Armory. Damon had taken the car, so he walked to the express to catch a taxi. He was lucky to hail one down as soon as he got to the highway. “It's almost done, Luca. I'll finally be able to see you again.” He said in a broken voice, and his eyes landed on the beautiful night view. After a few minutes of driving, the car pulled to a halt in front of Lord D's house.
