After having that conversation with Stein, everything started to go on smoothly between us.
Unlike before, he’s talking to me properly without any signs of annoyance in his voice—though, he’s back to using that infamous blank expression on his face, I really don’t mind though, and I also have kind of gotten used to it… as long as he’s not ignoring me, I’m good.
He’s also letting me tag along with him outside when he’s hunting those things—by those things I mean, the enhanced Vengeful spirits. So far, we have only crossed paths with the regular ones, they’re still scary but I’m no longer that scared anymore because Stein easily beats their ass with his Angelic powers.
