Chloe could feel the grip he had on her body was getting loose, so she quickly used that opportunity to escape him. She pushed him hard making him fall from the bed. Then she crawled on the bed away from him and went to grab her phone. She stood near the bedside table and pulled up her pants again.
"Stay there," she ordered him firmly while answering the call. It was Patrick.
"Hon, where are you? I went to your apartment after dusk and you're not at home. Been calling you so much yet you're not answering too. Where the hell did you go?" The doctor sounded worried.
