Chapter 3

-Camilla- Milly and I get out of the taxi for the popular club 'Air'. The line is long. "oh god, this will take hours." I complain. "Hey! There's that dude from yesterday!" She shouts. "Stefano!" she shouts and waves. The man with the black hair, the blue jeans and the white button-down turns to the line in front of us. Several women begin to wave. I start laughing and shake my head. "Typical." I answer. "Come, wave too, yesterday he got us in somewhere." I am not participating in this. Yesterday we went to a club and arrived at the same time. Milly was flirting violently with Stefano and he flirted back violently. We went into the club faster and it ended up with me alone in the hotel room and Stefano and Milly were busy all night, in the room next to mine. "He really won't do that again." I answer. Stefano waves back and walks into the club. The men he is with follow. "Told you." I answer. Milly huffs and crosses her arms. "That man gets so much attention, he can choose every night." I shake my head. "He was a really good partner last night." Milly laughs dreamily. When I raise my eyebrow she starts laughing and raises her hand. "Stop, I don't need to hear it, That's because he has a different woman in his bed every night, but OH MY GOD!" I shake my head. "I can't hear that anymore." I laugh. "Mrs. Petrov?" Milly and I turn around and behind us is a big broad man. The type of bouncer, with an earpiece in. Milly nods. "You may follow me." He answers. Milly takes my hand and reluctantly I walk behind her. The man opens a door on the side. "Is this the moment where they kill us?" she laughs. The man doesn't laugh and I do my best not to laugh. "Good evening, coats?" asks a woman behind a counter. We have taken a separate entrance. Milly and I give the woman our coat and scarf, we get a number from her and then we go into the club. "Would he keep an eye on us?" she asks. "I have no idea," I answer honestly. But he probably would. It is warm in the club, the DJ plays good music and several people are already dancing on the dance floor. There are seats on the side where people also sit and there is a VIP area. "I think he's there." I answer. Milly and I ignore the VIP entrance and go to the bar in the middle of the dance floor. Milly waves to the bartender and he comes walking our way. "Ladies." He yells out above the loud music. "Two white wine." Calls Milly. The man nods and not much later we both have a white wine. I pay and we go on the dance floor. After a few numbers, I have to go to the bathroom. Milly waits at the bar and orders another drink. In the bathroom is a middle-aged woman, she has a bag on the table and when I look into it, I see that everything a woman could need is in it. When I'm done and have washed my hands, I reapply my red lipstick. I give some money to the woman. She smiles kindly at me and I wish her a nice evening as I walk out of the bathroom. When I put my bag under my arm I bump into someone, but I don't get the chance to fall. Two arms grab me and when I look up I see very large brown eyes. They are not evenly brown, there is a golden glow in them. "Sorry, I wasn't looking." The man lets me go. He looks me from top to bottom and normally I would roll my eyes, but I don't. He puts his hands in his pockets and a tattoo appears under his sleeve. "Well, sorry, it was fun to bump into you. Have a great evening." I laugh. The man smirks and I feel something fluttering in my stomach. With me probably all the women in this club. "You liked bumping into me?" he asks. I'm sure this is because of the wine. "Marce!" A man screams down the hallway and as he approaches, I recognize him. It's Stefano. "Hey, where's your friend?" he laughs and grabs the other man's shoulder. "At the bar." I answer and he looks at the man and then at me. "Come, then I'll treat him to a drink because my friend has lost his mind." Stefano laughs. I follow him to the bar and ignore the man's eyes. When Milly sees me coming, her eyes get big. "Oh god." She pulls me towards her and I almost trip over my own feet. Clearly the wine. "What can it be?" asks Stefano. The other man is gone and something is disappointed in me. "Water." I answer. He shakes his head, but orders it, "A water and a vodka cranberry with ice." He calls and Milly gasps. "You remember what I drink." She calls and he laughs. "You left an impression." He emphasizes. I get a bottle of water and he invites us to the VIP area. As a good friend, I go with them, I give Milly another evening with Stefano. We go through the curtains and on the other hand the music is a little less loud. There are also fewer people. There's another DJ. There is a door to an outdoor area. "I'm going to go outside," I say to Milly. She nods and she focuses all her attention on Stefano and he on her. Maybe my theory about men like him wasn't good after all. If I want to go outside, I grab the door handle at the same time as someone else. I pull back and step back. I feel a body behind me. One hand on my hip, the other on the door handle. "Is it also fun to run into me the second time?" I hear someone laughing. I turn around and see the man from earlier. He has the same pantie dropping smile as before and now that he is even closer I can smell his cologne. It's mouth-watering. Very masculine. "Sorry I wanted to go outside." I answer and he pulls the door open. "After you," he replies. I walk outside and the cool air hits me immediately. It's a test, I have a nice buzz, but I'm not drunk. "Do you make it a habit to bump into people?" he asks as he comes to stand next to me. We watch the dancing people outside together. I start laughing and shake my head. "No, I usually look where I'm walking." I answer. I bite away the sentence I actually want to say. I can't say I only bump into sexy men. Another man walks out and as soon as he sees the man next to me he walks straight towards us. The man next to me holds out his hand. "It was nice to have you against me." He laughs and he walks away. "Yes, we have to do it again." I laugh. The man turns around. His eyes burn on me and before I can say more things I walk in. Milly sees me, Stefano is talking to someone. "Are you okay?" she asks. I look at her "Yes why?" I ask. "you look flushed." I put my hand on my cheeks and I feel how warm they are. I look back at the door to the outside. Milly gives me a glass. "Champagne." She tells me. We toast and after the champagne there are shots. We do the shots, we dance and when Milly hangs around Stefano's neck again, I go to the bar. I keep an eye on the bartender, whether he comes my way. I feel eyes on me and when I look around the bar, I see him. He leans against the bar and his eyes are completely on me. He walks closer to me and I turn towards him. "What can I order for you?" he asks. "Water," I answer. He shakes his head. "Good of you." Now I shake my head. "I want to remember what my evening has been like when I wake up early tomorrow," I answer. He laughs and throws his head back. Someone pushes himself down next to me and I have to take a step forward to stay balanced. Against him. My hand lands on his chest and his hand on my hip. I feel the muscles under my hand contract and the warmth of his hand through my dress on my body. "What is this third time." He laughs when I stand up straight again. I nod. He orders water for me and for himself as well. "The third time is the charm, isn't it?" he asks and I look at him. I try to pretend that his eyes don't touch me, as if the look he gives me doesn't scream for s*x. But he's been eyef*cking me all evening. There is something between us. He leans forward, to my ear. "Tell me, Baby, is the third time the charm?" he asks. This is it. My body shivers with desire and my legs become weak.
