Chapter 3 Friday morning, one week after leaving the city life behind, Hugh sat in the cabin doorway eating breakfast. With food supplies running very low, he needed to begin either hunting or fishing. He opted for the latter to begin with as it would get him back in practice with his bow. He washed the dishes, then got his sunglasses and bow case from the shelf and went down to the stream. After putting the bow together, he took out the fishing arrows. They were easy to distinguish from normal ones as they were two-pronged and didn’t have fletching, which could throw off the path of the arrow in the water.
