"We need your answer" the doctor said

"Well she make it through the surgery" Demetri said

"We will do everything we can, but right now both babies are in distress if we don't take them out now you will lose all three" the doctor said

"I want to be in there" Demetri said

"We can have that arrange but we need you to sigh the papers to do the surgery" the doctor said

Demetri nodded his head, the doctor gave him the papers and Demetri sigh it and followed the nurse and changed into surgical suit and went into the OR, Abby was laying on the bed a sheet was pulled up he sat by Abby's head he creased her hair back.

"I'm right here baby, you need to fight" Demetri said

He placed a kiss on her head, and held her hand.

"Scalpel" the doctor said

Demetri kept his eye on Abby, a few moments later he heard a baby cry out.

"Baby A is out, coagulations you have a son" the doctor said

"Domenico is out Abby" Demetri said to her.

"Baby A born July 15th 3:30 pm 11lbs 11oz" the nurse said

Demetri listen, as he looked towards where the incubator was at, a few minutes later another baby cried out.

"Baby B is out. Coagulations another boy" the doctor said

"Baby B born July 15th 3:35 pm 11lbs 11oz" the nurse said

"Dante is out, Abby you did so good, now come back to me" Demetri said

Demetri watched as the two boys were wheeled out of the OR, he placed kisses over Abby's face.

"Finished, she's going to be okay we stop the bleeding she had a small rip from the fall nothing big for her but for the babies it was a big deal, she would need at least a month bed rest, she will wake up in the morning. We'd like to keep the babies here for observation since they weren't due for another month just in case and run some test to make sure they develop well" the doctor said

"Well she be able to have more kids in the future? She wanted a little girl" Demetri said

"Yes, her ovaries' are not damaged they still look healthy but I'll call the gynecologist to give a second look, we will monitor her scans to make sure the wound is heeling well" the doctor said

"Thank you doctor" Demetri said

"Your welcome, they well take her up to the ward" the doctor said

Demetri nodded his head, he gave a kiss to Abby as they wheeled her out of the room, Demetri followed right behind her, the family members came up to them Demetri's parents, the three kids and Arthur along with Gloria's parents, his three brothers, Sergio and Agosto, his grandfather as well. 

"How is she" Arthur asked first

"She's okay they stop the small rip that she got from her fall, she's on bed rest until she recover she'll stay in the hospital along with the boys they want to run some test and make sure they are okay all of them" Demetri said

"Oh thank god" Valentina said

"Where's the kids?" Demetri said

"They followed the nurse, with Emma and Gloria" Angelo said

"They took her up the ICU" Demetri said

"Okay, you go up" Valentina said

Demetri nodded his head as he went to the elevator and press the floor where Abby was staying at.

-Time Skip-

Abby stir in her sleep, Demetri got up from the chair and moved closer to her.

"Abby" Demetri said

Abby hummed out and open her eyes, then she panicked.

"Hey your okay" Demetri said

"The body parts box with body parts" Abby cried out

"I know baby, I'm sorry they got close to you" Demetri said

Abby held Demetri, then she felt pain on her stomach she looked down and she gasp out.

"My babies" Abby cried

"There fine baby doctors just had to take them out to stop the bleeding" Demetri said

"Are they okay?" Abby said

"There beautiful, and healthy" Demetri said

"I want to see them" Abby said

"Okay just lay down and rest, I'll get them" Demetri said

Abby nodded her head, it was seven in the morning Demetri went to the room next door and wheeled in the small basket wheeling it inside Abby's room he then helped up sit up a bit and went to get one of the babies.

"This is our oldest Domenico, born July 15th at 3:30pm 11lbz and 11oz" Demetri said

He place him in Abby's arms, and he went to get the other baby.

"This one here is Dante, born July 15th at 3:35pm 11lbs and 11oz" Demetri said

"There so beautiful" Abby said

"And healthy little boys but always hungry had to feed them five times" Demetri said

The boys cooed out, Domenico open his eyes and looked at Abby.

"Hi baby" Abby said 

She creased his chubby face, he had Hazel eyes just like her his hair was even reddish brown, she place a kissed on his face then she looked at Dante who was looking at her from Demetri's arms he looked exactly like Domenico they both resemble of Abby.

"Thank god they look like you." Demetri said

"Yeah who would want a dark hair blue eyed baby" Abby said

Demetri chuckled.

"Where's everyone?" Abby asked

"They will be here during visiting hours, so it's just us four for now" Demetri said

Abby nodded her head, she enjoyed her time with the four of them then around nine the rest of the family came bring her get well soon gifts they also took pictures of them and they also did one of the whole family even Sergio and Agosto were in the picture. Then when everybody left it was just the small family of seven in the small room, Hunter and Lorenzo sat at the edge of the bed while Maria sat beside Abby with one of the twins in her arms as Demetri sat on the chair hold the other baby.
