“RHEA!!!” Kelsie yelled as she ran up to her. “You are not hurt, are you? Were you treated well? You poor thing… having to live with these reptiles.” Kelsie gave Titus a disgusted look.
“The water pony doesn’t like me much.” Titus pouted and tightened his arm on Rhea so that she couldn’t go to Kelsie. He knew a thing or two about Kelpies. And one of the things he knew was that they did not like to share what they considered theirs. He watched Kelsie’s eyes blaze with anger as she stared at the hold he had.
“You’re making her all smelly. I don’t like you holding onto her like that.” Kelsie snorted and crossed her arms.
