Alysse's POV:
I find myself in the middle of the crowd in the vast garden of Sebastian's mansion. Sebastian is nowhere to be seen. His asshole beta is the one giving orders. No wonder Valerie is in trouble.
Everyone stared at me in utter shock and disbelief.
" Stop it. What's going on here? " I shouted at Gary, who smirked as he walked towards me. " It's the runaway luna. " He mocked at me while some laughed with him.
" Where is the alpha? " I asked him furiously, seeing Valerie in the middle of the pile of dry wood.
"He's away on a business trip and will return tonight. Until then I am in charge. " He praised himself.
I then looked at the guards and ordered them to release Valerie that instant. Since I am their luna, they obeyed and went to clear the woods.
