The sun is nearly set as the last of our friends leave us. Anders closes the door behind him, leaning against it as he smiles at me. “Beautiful,” he tells me, pushing off the door and walking towards me.
When he reaches me, he pulls me into his arms. I look up at him, returning his smile, happy to finally be alone together. “Minn.”
He nods, releasing me as he sits on the bench to remove his shoes. The conversation with Helga earlier has me nervous now. She explained, but I’m still unsure what is expected of me. I swallow my nerves and sit on the bed, removing my shoes.
He comes towards me so I don’t move as he tugs his shirt off and sits beside me on the bed. Sliding his arm behind me, he pulls me to his side and kisses my head.
