There’s a loud knock on the door that wakes me. Anders jumps out of bed and rushes over, throwing open the door to reveal Astrid.
“I, I’m sorry,” she stutters out, staring at my very naked husband. “Ellie, it’s time.”
“It’s time!” I exclaim, jumping out of bed and throwing on a dress.
Anders smirks at her when he notices her staring at him and just walks back to the bed, flopping back down.
“I’ll be back,” I tell him, kissing him deeply.
