Chapter 24
In a cage in a warehouse a small child was plotting to see if he could get out and away from the people that were holding him. This child had seen that two others had been able to get away safely and he wanted that same thing. This child was dirty, skinny and had bruises all over his body. The guards kept telling him that he would never get out and never be sold to anyone.
“Hey you dirty dog, it is time for your daily gruel.” One of the guards threw the gruel through the top of the cage so that it fell all over the boy. The dirty child gave the guard a mean look and turned his back to the guard.
“Hey dude let's go. We don't want to be late for the auction.” Another guard at the door yelled at the guard near the cage. Both guards left with a bang on the door. Neither realize
