In this instance, he was prosecuting a federal case and he had enough evidence to add two more charges to Mr. Sadir’s warrants—those of felony murders on the persons of Mr. Al Nadir and Mr. Salaman Abib. It became soon clear that if he let go of the Marianne’s incident and did not, at least, introduce evidence of Sadir’s involvement, the people would not see justice done.
