Chapter 41Given that, by then, the CIA had amassed all intel it could glean on Talya and Samuel’s friends and acquaintances in Australia, when Steve Foster called on Agent Sheffield to know if, and where Mrs. Harsinai held other properties besides the ones in Melbourne and Bundaberg, he received the information he needed to make his way to Darwin.
As Mark had gathered, he had also found out that Mrs. Harsinai’s apartment was occupied by someone else. He had no longer any intention of visiting the place under these circumstances. It would be a counter-productive move at best and a dangerous one at worst. Plus, once he had noticed the cameras clamped on the ceiling corners of the lobby, when he was checking the directory, he knew he would be spotted if he set foot in the place again.
