Chapter 2Derrick pulled out of the driveway. He was pissed at Steven for being so crabby. He’d told him to go finish grading his papers at eight but Steven insisted on cuddling on the couch with Derrick until Derrick had to go to bed at ten. Knowing Steven he puttered around their new home for an hour before he got down to business, then he bit Derrick’s head off when Derrick had to get up early.
