"I had switched off my phone before going to bed yesterday night. As I woke up in the morning, I switched it on back. I went to the bathroom to shower and brush then decided to go downstairs to see everyone.
I walked down the stairs as I noticed dad was sitting on his chair in the living room as he read the morning's newspaper and also watching the news. The newspaper habit had always been with him since we were very young. He had encouraged us to have a reading habit and so after every newspaper he read, he would give them to I and my sister to read too. It was one of the things that formed our reading habits.
