I walked around the living room as I carried about the head tie mother had asked me to bring down for her friends. There was already so much going on at home and we had so many people around. Mother was with some of my aunty’s has they sat by the corridor outside talking about the traditional wedding plans. I walked towards them to drop the head tie mother had asked me to bring down.
“good afternoon aunties” I said as I bent a bit out of courtesy to both my aunties, aunty funke and aunty kemi.
“how are you my daughter” aunty funke asked
“very well thank you” I answered as I handed the head tie over to mother.
“thanks dear” mother said as she collected them from me.
“see how Bella is already looking and shining like a new bride”aunty funke said as Bella was sitted next
