I wake up from my nightmare and find myself in a strange place. I’ve never been here before I think. I get up from the soft grass and start walking around
“Hello!” I call out and I’m startled by my voice, it’s back and strong as ever. Then I look down and see my body is healed and my muscles are all back. I flex my arms and love seeing my muscles tense and flex. I look up and hear the faint noise of running water.
“I can hear again!” I yell and run toward the sound of the water. This place is beautiful, it’s like a meadow with rolling green hills in the distance. There are big trees but it’s not as dense as a forest. I come to a stop when I see a man dressed in a tailored suit sitting with his back to me on a huge rock next to the river.
