JULIETTE

"Wah!!!" The maid scream when I suddenly grabbed her arm and fear is visible on her face.

"Is he already gone?" I asked which made her confused.

"Who exactly Young Miss?" The maid asked. I know she's the one who escorted the dangerous prince outside our household. But I can't blame her because I'm not being straightforward enough.

"The Prince." I shortly said.

"Y-yes Young Miss, h-he even wanted me to give this to you."

The maid handed out a small folded piece of paper and I take it from her.

"You're now excused," I said and the maid bow first before leaving me.

Hmm, what might this be?

I open the piece of paper carefully and saw how beautiful the handwriting is.

I look at it first, admiring how beautiful the handwriting is.

I wanted to roll my eyes a million times and cringe at his letter. Like what the hell?? I wanted to punch his face like RIGHT NOW.

I sigh and threw away the letter.

"My lady?" Said Elsie who just arrived and is now holding the letter that I threw.

"Oh, burn it in the fireplace," I said and walked away.

So exactly two days from now on, I'll meet with the king. I look at my surroundings making sure that no one is around.

I went to my secret base which is inside the very big tree. I mean literally. Inside the big tree.

I don't know what kind of tree is this but it is not that important. As I'm already inside. I saw my weapons I mean the things that I need to treat the Queen's sickness.

It's the face masks, calamine lotion, and pain-relieving creams. I carefully pack them in an elegant cloth and put them aside on the table.

I grabbed the book next to the lamp and opened it. It contained my plan. Actually, I'm planning to have a plan A to Z but for now, I only made A to C.

Plan A: Treat the queen and the reward will be "exiled out of the country"

Plan B: If the king doesn't approve of breaking the engagement, I will annoy the prince all day to force the king to break off the engagement and the prince's reason is "This fiancee of mine is CRAZY!"

I put down the notebook and get the things I need for treating the queen, then I went out of the secret base.

As I secretly walked through the hallways, I kept looking back as if somebody is tailing me then--

"Ahhh!!!!" I clutched my chest where my heart is and began to catch my breath. I looked at my idiotic brother who is grinning at me widely.

"Brother!!!" I whined and he just innocently looked at me, then tilted his head, acting cute...

Good thing, his charms do not work on me.

"Stop it, brother, you're creeping me out," I said with my bored look and cold tone.

"How cold!" He dramatically said back and I just rolled my eyes at him. If I could, my middle finger would salute him. But that's really inappropriate for a lady to do in this era so that's a no.

"What do you want?" I sighed, rolling my eyes.

"Nothing much, I just wanted to know, why are you sneaking like that earlier? You looked like a thief, you know?"

Again, I rolled my eyes for I don't know how many times I did it.

"This kind of face? A thief? You must be kidding me. No person in this world will think that." I said as a matter of fact.

He raised both of his hands knowing that he'll lose this battle of ours.

"Anyways, what's that, my dear little sister?" He said as he poke the clothe that held the things that I needed to treat the Queen. As if I've been burned, I quickly moved away from my brother.

He stared at me, confused by what my response to him.

"Okay, that's really fishy, what is in there before I get it in my own way."

Suddenly chills ran down my spine when I heard him say that.

Uh-oh

Honestly, I really wanted to run away right now. Because hell knows what this idiotic brother of mine is capable of doing.

I gulp and didn't look away from him, nor did I dare to blink my eyes, afraid to once I open them, I would see him closely in my front.

I remembered when Juliette was hiding something from him and Juliette didn't let him know so....

He ordered hundreds of soldiers to get Juliette and the thing she's hiding from him. He didn't even look at it then he.
