The aroma of my mum's cooking wafted through my nose. I got out of my bed immediately and went into my bathroom. I washed my face and brushed my teeth before walking to the kitchen. "Good morning mum." I greeted her kissing her cheek. "Morning love. Merry Christmas baby." "Merry Christmas." I said before cutting a little piece out of the cookie dough on the counter. "You shouldn't be eating raw flour." she scolded. "But it tastes so good." I moaned out. "Where is dad?." "Right here pumpkin."
