Eternal Part 2

She tells her friend to go from another gate so they can take a short route to the railway station.Her friend is surprised but agrees and when they take that path Gunjan is shocked to see Davis coming walking from that very gate wearing a white boxer and a blue shirt and sneakers he looks very handsome  .She sees him and her heart starts to beat fast , she feels the earth should open and she is swallowed by it , he looks at her and is pleasantly surprised and smiles at her. He asks her why she did not come to the club last evening .and as she keeps quiet and smiles at him lost for words, he bends down and very softly tells her he missed her very badly and she should come today, he will wait for her in   his house . She does not reply to him but joins her friend who had gone ahead . Her friend asks her what he was  telling her, and why is he showing so much interest in her. She tells Gunjan to be careful from the foreigners  as they have to go back to their own country.Gunjan just laughs at her friend and they both run towards the station as they would miss their train,

In the evening Gunjan dresses up in a very nice dress her mother scolds her for wearing a good frock to just go to the club and play.But Gunjan wanted to look good for Davis ,he had invited her to his house . She tells her mother she is going out of the colony to meet her college friend and she will come little late and if her colony friends asks her about her where about she just has to say she has gone out , as her colony friend is not invited to this friends house so she might feel bad.Her mother agrees and asks her not to be late and come back on time She slowly goes without being seen by anyone and enters the bungalow .Davis had kept the  door open and when she knocks at the door looking in all direction so as to not to be seen by anyone of her friends .She goes inside and closes the door and waits near the door as she is scared and is not sure what she is doing .She feels she should go back ,but the desire to be held by Davis is very tempting she wants more then Davis wants her, she is going crazy with the thoughts of being physically near to him. She calls out to him ,he tells her to come straight to the kitchen as he is in the kitchen ,she goes to the kitchen and sees him preparing chocolate pastry for her ,he makes her sit on the kitchen counter and makes her taste the pastry and when she is eating he licks the chocolate from her lips and kisses her passionately. She sits very anxiously not knowing what to expect .He tells her to lye down on the bed and relax so  he will not hurt her . Few days she avoided going out of her house she had fever so she rested at home , her friends used to come and visit her, and tell her she has changed a lot ,and complained to her mother about she not attending college regularly , her mother is shocked as she leaves the house at the right time and comes home also at the same time ,then how come she never attended college, It;s been now few weeks she is at home .and her mother sees she is becoming very weak and not eating food properly , she takes her to the doctor and the doctor after checking her tells them she is pregnant.Her mother loses her balance .And Gunjan is ashamed ,after sometime they reach home and her mother questions her about the man with whom she spent her time , she tells her mother she used to visit Davis .Her mother falls down in shock she screams at Gunjan and tells her to die , Gunjan also cries and tells her mother she will go and tell Davis about the pregnancy and he will surely marry her, her mother gets up and slaps her tight .

And tells her that all of them have left for Sweden two weeks back .THeir training got over and so they were sent back ,it’s already to late ,and even if he was here he would not have married her as he had come only for few months for training how could she be so dumb.Gunjan realises that day why he was drunk and r***d her ,he was to go the next day and wanted to have i*********e with her .She got cheated by him ,she goes in shock and falls down from the veranda and hits a stone and dies on the spot.

After some time Gunjan can see  herself floating in the air, she feels very free and light , she can see her body fallen on the ground and her mother crying and calling out for help.She goes to the bungalow and sits on the bed and tries to search Davis .She goes to all the rooms and screams for him, she tells him one day you will come and marry me and accept our baby .She starts living in that bungalow and taking care of her unborn child , she tries to smell the existence of Davis .She cries out by calling out to him .

Many years pass .All her friends have grown up and in different cities, married and with children .Her parents moved out of the bungalow and went to their native place .They still miss her they blame the bad omen which was happening in their house just before their daughter fell prey to the foreigner .The mother reminds her husband there was a ghost living in the hose as Gunjan had experienced its because of that she took the wrong path,she was lured by that man .She tells him even after coming to their native place she can see her daughter roaming and calling out to that man .And the neighbours have written to her many times in the letter that Gunjan ‘s soul is still wondering the colony and holds any body who come in the night ,and asks them when will Davis come back .Many people have left the colony , and are staying away from it as now it has become a known fact that the ghost of Gunjan roams in the night asking anybody about DAVIS. . She is waiting for him eternally .

Many families who knew Gunjan , and their children who have grown up with her , have left the place they do come for functions and pray for her soul .As she was loved by all they can not forget her .She had to have such a bad end .They decide to contact the sweden office and ask about Davis ,and request them to give his contact number so that they all Gunjans childhood friends could talk to him  and convince him to come at least once and see the house and ask for forgiveness from Gunjan ,so that her soul stops waiting for him and starts the further journey and enter the next realm .She really loved him She was innocent and did not know the difference between love and lust .They wait for the reply from the company , every day they wait for a reply and one day they get reply from the company . They call them and talk to them and tell them they can speak to Davis himself and ask him if he is ready to visit to India as they can not force him as he is no longer working for them .The friends discuss and one day call on the number given to them Davis comes on line and starts crying he sounds old and very sad that he was th reason a young girl lost her life he took away her innocence .and he is guilty as god did not spare him and he lost his job and was in financial mess all this years .Now the sweden company has agreed to send him to In dia and he will reach in few days .He comes back to In dia and is welcomed by her friends and taken to the same bungalow and he prays to her to back to her world and to forgive him. He see a flash going away from that house and calling out to him one last time.
