Blood thirsty Bunglow

A rich man buys a abandoned bungalow in an auction .It is located in the hills of Himachal Pradesh in India , Vikrant the rich man wants to turn the property to a holiday resort for tourist . After buying it he decides to go and check it out , he drives towards the sight with his assistant but after driving for long the way becomes foggy and their GPS app stops working and they lose their way Vikrant is frustrated he wants to stop somewhere for a break .He tells his assistant Ramma to check a lodging so that they can rest for the night and then in the morning again start the journey and take some local with them to show the way . They find a small and decent lodge and decide to check in they go in and  get two rooms and tell the manager to call them when the dinner is ready till that time they would get fresh and relax .After an hour or so both come down to the dining area and sit down to have hot food made by the wife of the owner ,while relishing the food . the lady asks them what brings them there to that place .Vikrant  tells her he has brought an old property and wish to turn it into a resort  ,where families who want to go away from the hectic city life  can come and relax here or it can be a perfect place for writers to stay there and write stories away from the hustle bustle of the city below .The lodge lady looks at them with big eyes and open mouth one end of her apron wiping the sweat from her forehead ,Vikrant looks at her expression and laugh and says it will not affect her business at all ,in fact he will advertise in his brochure to stop over at their lodge and spend a night with a home cooked hot meal and then proceed further. She smiles faintly at them and says it;s not because it will harm their business but haven’t they heard about the deadly story about the bungalow ,it is because of that story from ages that house has been abandoned and nobody dared to buy it .She asks him did he get it in dirt cheap cost he says yes so she tells him that is the reason as no one is buying that property though it is on a beautiful hill surrounded by tall trees and flora and fauna no buyer were ready to buy . Vikrant laughs out loudly and tells her she should go to the city for a  few days and see for herself how people are ready to kill each other. They are so stressed out in the competitive world out there ,  adhering to targets , workload etc. . They would give anything to come and stay in this beautiful place for a  few days .He thanks her for the wonderful meal and tells her to arrange a local guy to accompany them in the morning as they will be leaving very early and will not have breakfast .saying that they both go to their room and retire for the day In the morning Ramma gets up freshen up and packs his bag and goes down to wake up the manager ,he calls out to him after calling out for long he comes out rubbing his eyes and yawning and cursing for waking him up so early , Ramma apologies to him for waking him up so early ,he pays the bill and asks him about the guy whom they wanted to take along with them.The manager says they have spoken to a guy who will meet them after two kilometer from the lodge he has a tea stall there which remains open throughout  the night and day so when they see the tea stall they should stop and he will come to them .By now Vikrant has freshened up and come down with his .He thanks the manager and both go towards the car .the manager makes the cross sign and says a small prayer Ramma see him doing that and he does not like the feeling.They start their journey ahead and all the while keeping their eye to see the tea stall after few minutes they spot the tea stall they stop their car and honk a middle aged man comes running towards them ,he asks them whether they want to have tea and biscuits Rmma says they will have two cups of hot tea but they wanted some one to accompany them to the abandoned bungalow up the hill they were told some guy will be ready to guide them the old man looks at them suspiciously and asks them why the hell they want to visit that place at this hour as the sun has not yet risen  .Vikrant shows him bundle of cash he immediately agrees he tells them to drink tea till that time he will instruct his wife and come and he pulls the money from Vikrants hand and runs towards his stall. They while sipping the hot tea look t him talking to his wife the lady is scolding him and telling him not to go up there he shouts at her back and then he shows her the money and gives it to her she greedily grabs it and counts it and tells him to go and take care and kisses him bye ..The old man comes running towards the car takes the tray of cups and keeps it down and sit in the front seat and rubs his hands excitedly and gives them direction in that dark foggy place only a bat can see the way.Ramma drives blindly the old man says not to worry as there are no crs coming down from that direction they know how many people go from their place daily and when they return all records are there with them mentally ,only this part of the place no one has gone since he was a young boy .He with his friends used to explore the the surrounding area when they were young boys the area is forbidden for all so no one dares to go there he knows the area as they used to go up and see without anybody knowing but they never dared to enter the Bungalow compound .They could not see anything for long time as it was dark and foggy they just drive on and where lost in the old man’s talks but now when they started nearing the location they could see the beauty of the place it was very beautiful there was a lake near the bungalow many different types of trees, flowering trees and they were very happy but Ramma still had his apprehensions all the stories about the place being forbidden by the locals was playing on his mind he wanted to see and get out of there. When they reached the Bungalow gate the old man made them stop little away from the main gate and asked them to get down and he told them that is the bungalow open the gate they ask him will he not go in with them .He says he just promised to show them the the way to the bungalow which he has done ,his work ends here he will wait for them to return .Vikrant bangs the car door in frustration and goes towards the gate Ramma is still shivering and looking at the old man ,the old man shrugs his shoulder .Ramma goes and stands besides Vikrant they both are trying to see the bungalow up on the sky the moon is still in full view it looks very spooky down the bungalow is engulfed with darkness far from the deep woods hyenas are howling occasionally some bird flies over the bungalow crying out loudly breaking the silence of the darkness .When Vikrant tries to open the compound gate Ramma hold’s his hand to stop him from opening he tells them that they can wait in the car till it becomes bright and then go in with the rising sun as in two hours it will be bright .now they will not be able to see anything nor the surrounding neither the interior as there is no electricity inside so it would be sensible to wait till the sun rise .But Vikrant is irritated and feels he has already wasted lot of time so he opens the gate the gate makes so loud screeching noise that Ramma is about to turn and run towards the car he sees the old man closing the glass of the car and bending his head towards his legs so as not to be seen.Ramma realises he should be with his master Vikrant and again turns towards the gate but by that time Vikrant has already gone inside and Ramma sees him going towards the back of the bungalow Ramma runs behind him calling out to him but he does not wait for him Ramma stumbles on something and falls down the lawn he sits and tries to see what did he hit he starts his cell torch and see a skeleton of a human being he screams and then he starts to cry he calls out for Vikrant and slowly drags himself away from the skeleton when he is trying to get up he feels as if some one is standing behind him he stops at his place not knowing what to do he does not want to see who it is slowly the person bends forward and touches his shoulder it as cold as ice slab Ramma scream again and gets up and runs for his dear life without seeing behind he calls out to Vikrant he calls for help and at the same time he can feel the person is growling and following him , Ramma wants to search Vikrant he runs and sees whether any window or door is open ,he finds one huge door open he runs inside and flashes his torch all over without making noise he searches the place for Vikrant he prays to god that Vikrant should be safe he slowly feels he can hear someone eating huge chunk of meat making lot of noise while chewing as if he was a huge animal and enjoying his meal he  is also at the same time hiding himself from the ice cold man roaming in the garden and chasing him he had not yet seen him he just wanted to save himself .He slowly goes towards the sound and is horrified to see a animal type huge man with lot of hair on his body and long nails with big teeth has ripped open Vikrants’s body and drinking his blood and making lot of noise in happiness as if he has got human flesh after ages he was relishing the body breaking Vikrant’s body into pieces and eating it .Ramma sits down switches off his cell and cries very softly , for losing his master ,very soon he knows he will be devoured by either of the two vampires or are  there many inside and outside the bungalow he again slowly stands up and see the vampire he had devoured Vikrant completely now only his skeleton remained the vampire got up and licked the blood on the floor and rolled on the floor with happiness and said loudly thank you satan for sending  the treat after so many decades he says he   had forgotten how the flesh tasted and the blood it was very tasty as it was  of a young man ,now he can live for more decades and rule the place ,but his  helper’s are hungry they are growling, is there one more body he feels there is one more treat he comes out Ramma hides under a old table he knows he will be eaten by the vampires but he had to fight till the end ,when he is hiding and going deeper and deeper under the table ,he can see three vampires coming towards him he turns his head away from them and he can see a small outlet which is for pet dogs to go in and out he holds his breath and squeezes himself out of the house with lot of difficulty as he knows there are three vampire inside the house but he does not know what will happen to him outside the house he comes out fully and sees the sun shine on his face he thanks the lord and takes a huge boulder and closes the hole and runs towards the open door and closes the door shut and puts the latch and takes one last round of the bungalow to check if any window or door is open but every outlet is closed and rusted the only door which was open was opened by Vikrant .Ramma come out running and closes the compound gate and knocks at the glass ,the old man was fast asleep he gets up in a jerk  and is happy to see Ramma .Ramma tells him to open the door he gets in and starts the car the old man is shocked he asks him why he is not  with Vikrant ,Ramma says while driving off in speed the Vampire in the bungalow has devoured him and there are three or more in that bungalow and he has locked the bungalow forever .
