Isabella's POV
It's been more then fifteen days and we have returned back to the castle along with grandmother. Nina is now being polite but she avoids me most of the time. Whenever we converse in the family matters, we keep it minimal. It does not hurt as much because we have never been close. So, I don't feel bad.
As for Maxwell, he has not shown me his face. I don't know if I should think that he has made a choice. And that choice was not me. That is why like I had asked him to not show me his face ever, if he cannot change the situation around.
I don't even want to think about it. Odin had returned as well. Mom and dad don't usually mind when he stays here because he is our protector.
There is always this question at the back of my mind regarding what Maxwell had said about Odin.
