3 | Pain Releif

"Aww, what happened to the attitude, beat her." I feel pain strike into my stomach as I coughed out blood, my hands tried to grab anything besides me only feeling more pain in my chest. "I can't breathe." I shouted as loud as I could grasping everywhere, I was slowly switching off before I hear shots being fired from the distant and the sounds of people falling towards the floor.

"Seriously Mario? Beating woman.” His voice was deep, whenever he spoke, it was like every head in the room would turn. He had that rich, silky tone. He speaks as if he controls the world, his experience seeping through. He would remind you of a stormy day. A fearful one.

He sounded familiar.

"Oh my god, M-Mr Luciano." I hear a deep chuckle as I hold onto my stomach before trying to turn my head to see a figure kneeling onto the floor with one holding a gun towards his head.

"Stuttering, are we? Where the f**k is my money Mario? You passed the dead line." I raised my head as loosely as I could seeing men in black suits surround the guys that beat me. I groaned in pain trying to pull myself up from the ground and run.

"Mr Luciano, I was going to--I need more time." Then the chuckle echoed around before guns were rising and aiming at every single head in the middle except for my own. I feel a stinging sensation occur in my head.

"Time? I don't give time; I give rules and you broke one. Goodbye Mario and I wish your family with you as well." Before I know it, a loud bang echoes and Mario's body falls towards the floor along with four others. The man blows the smoke from his gun before tucking it into his pocket wiping his hands.

"Pick up the bodies, clear the area I will sort her out."

I groan in agony trying to lift myself up only to hear more footprints near me, my eyes widen as far as it could when I feel a rough hand gently grabbing my waist. "Wow, oww..." I let out before feeling myself let go back to the floor.

"I know It's going to hurt but I need you to trust me, let me help you." My eyes moved forward at the crouching body before I see his grey eyes. His eyes were irritated and tired, the iris that always reminded me of a soft, comfortable, fluffy blanket looked torn, broken. I nodded my head wrapping my arms around his neck as he puts one of his arms under my head and legs.

"B-be careful." I stuttered feeling the pain and agony strike my stomach, he nods his head continuing to walk away from my smashed car and up the road towards his SUV?  The driver immediately got out and opened the back seat allowing us to enter, I held in my pain and closed my eyes shaking my head in despair. "Don't take me to a hospital." I muttered.

"And why is that?"

"I can't afford, just take me home please." I whispered resting my head against his chest feeling the pain strike once more. "You're coming with me; you need medical attention." I shook my head before feeling myself black out.

My eyes fluttered open, my head was on the softest grey pillow and my hair covered my eyes as my hands stroked up and down the huge king-sized bed. Wait a minute. My eyes shot up and I scrambled to sit up hitting the head board behind me.

My heart was beating and I looked around examining where the f**k I was, looking before me were huge windows from ceiling to the floor showing the entire city. It was spectacular. Curtains draped from the ceiling besides every three windows.

I see a small grey chair sitting in from of me with a round wooden table and a few books on as a lamp of some sort hung over the chair. Turning to the right of me was a bedside itself fitted perfectly against the walls.

A huge paining behind me was stuck onto blue like wallpaper with lights hanging loosely above me, I sighed and let out a soft cough before pushing my hair behind my ear. I lift the covers up finding me dressed in a White oversized shirt that was buttoned up weirdly.

"Sono contento che ti sia svegliato, I thought you died." My head twisted to the left side of me seeing a huge figure leaning against the door, I couldn't see him properly due to dimness of the room.

(Glad you woke up)

"Who are you?" I let out bringing the covers closer towards me as I pushed my body farther away from his intimidating one. I hear him let out a soft chuckle shaking his head before walking up to the window staring into the skyscrapers before him.

He had a beautiful physique and I can see that by the tightness of his shirt that clung against him, his hands were tucked into his trouser pocket. I could see a tattoo on the back of his neck leading to somewhere I wanted to see.

"That’s a nice way to say thank you, piccolo." His not so thick Italian accent kind of showed a little due to his seductive words that led out of his mouth.

(Little one)

"Thank you for what? What happened?" He turned around and I felt my heart skip a few beats as I met his grey to blue flashing eyes. His black curled hair fell against his face in beautiful swirls. His beard was shaved but not too much, his lips were full and plump and his skin was tanned naturally.

"You don't remember, hmm sorprendente..." He let out a small smirk before walking to the end of the king-sized bed as I pushed myself back. I see him pull his lips between his teeth.

(Surprising)

"What happened? Did we...did we you know?" I asked, I was seriously confused about what was going on. I don't remember anything except going to my car and that was it. "Did we what piccolo? Say the words." He slurred tasing his eyebrows, I took a gulp in and bit onto my lips slightly.

"I'm not- did we have s****l i*********e?" The man glanced over, the corners of his lips fighting a smile, his eyebrows slightly raised. I looked away before that mischievous look of his spread.

"Oh, mio Dio piccola, sei davvero innocente. No, we did not have sex." He began walking towards the door fixing his blazer over his shoulders.

(Oh, my goodness little one, you really are innocent.)

"Because if we did, you most certainly not have forgotten." He let out slamming the door shut behind him.
