Her hair was down and her make-up almost nonexistent, reduced to a blush of rosy lipstick. Shed bought a wheat-colored big-brimmed hat to ward off the effects of the evil sun. Thus with arms and legs coated with a thick layer of sunscreen, she felt protected from damage, at least protected enough to make her first trek into an alien world. Of all the districts in the sprawling city, shed chosen this one for a reason, although for the present, the reason escaped her. North Hollywood had a reputation she associated with s*x, but she wasnt sure why. Probably something embedded in her memory too deep to recall.
