‘This was too soon,’ Lucas pondered. His brows narrowed as he watched Leslie shiver in pain.
Why the f**k was she shifting now? It wasn't time for the full moon.
“Everything was happening so fast,” he sighed as he ran his hand through his hair roughly.
Werewolves have the ability to shift at any time without the help of the moon.
However, for juvenile wolves, it was best for them to shift during the full moon.
That was because the moon had a way of making the transformation process easier.
“Argghhh!” Leslie screamed as another bone cracked.
Damn it! He couldn't even move her from this spot or help her get more comfortable.
