Sia - POV
I glanced at the door and hallway; we weren’t going to the Alpha’s chamber but to the office, as he opened the door and gestured for me to enter, and he closed the door behind me. I stood in the extravagant office.
“Sia.” His onyx orbs caught my eye. “I have something to ….tell you.” Is it just me, or does Alpha Xavier look anxious and stutter when he speaks?
“If anyone asks you if you’re pregnant with my kid, simply tell them you are.” And I jumped in disbelief at what he had just stated.
“What?” I screamed. “Why should I lie, and who will question me?” I inquired, in shock. He pinched the bridge of his nose.
“You don’t need to know about this,” Alpha replied with authority.
“I need to understand why someone would put that question to me. What’s your goal here?” He lifted
