Lana's POV Cynthia was trying not to blame Arden and I for what happened to Gerard. She was trying to be a friend because I told her that I was leaving. I could hear in her voice that she was still broken and I wish that I didn't leave so that I could be there for her. She is all alone but I need to go back home and start my future and prepare to have a life with Arden. I went into the bedroom and Arden was sitting on the bed. He looked up at me, he seemed a bit off. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Yes," he gave a little smile which didn't reach his eyes and he looked at the ground again. "Cynthia was trying to be okay because she knows that I'm leaving and I don't know when I will see her again," I said as I walked to the closet to start packing.
