“Hey kid, wanna come with me?" Asked the skeleton to the young Andreas. “Why would I come with you?" “You don't wanna?" Andreas gaze at the skeleton, “ I would rather die here. Coming with you will not bring back anything. Joining my family in the afterlife is what I want." The skeleton grabbed Andreas's shoulder. He moved his gaunt face close to the young Andreas, “I don't know what is it, kid. But I see that you have something special. It is something that I want badly. Something you have thag I don't have. So letting you die here is a waste. Since I will not be able to know what is that special thing about you kid." “So you are a selfish monster, as expected of an undead," Andreas replied to the skeleton. “That's a compliment for me; I think I have genuinely wasted something if I let you die here, kid." “Then why don't you forget about it and leave me alone." The skeleton moves a few steps away from Andreas, “I see, so it's like that kid. Then how about this kid." But he went back near him and whispered, “what if I will make you avenge your family, kid, in exchange for coming with me." Andreas's eyes widened. He turns his head to face the skeleton again. He then asks, “can you avenge them?" The skeleton laughed, “haha! I see, so you want to purge, kill, and decimate the people who have done this to your family." “Isn't that normal? They killed everyone I know. They destroyed everything I have. And they also have…." “Then what about this kid. To make everything much better. How about you come with me, and I will surely make you have your revenge with your own hands. Wouldn't that be more fulfilling? Knowing that your sister, brother, mother, and thy father may rest in peace because you have avenged their cruel death." Andreas gaze at the carcass of his brother, his parents, and his violated sister. He grits his teeth and suddenly had a change of mind. Andreas dropped the body of his brother and stood up while heavily injured. But when he was about to stand up, he felt his leg turn numb, causing him to fall to the ground. However, the skeleton catches him before he completely fell down the floor. Andreas looks at the skeleton straight in the eyes. With raging eyes, Andreas spoke, “Hey, skeleton guy, I will accept your offer.” “Glad to hear that I am somewhat thrilled by this emotion you are letting out. It's feeding my power; your anger is instead making me stronger. Such hatred, such a fantastic look on your eyes, child, maybe you will be my amusement for a while." The skeleton man gazed at the destroyed village before turning back to Andreas and asking him, “are you ready to leave, kid?" “No!" The skeleton man may not express it, but he was disappointed by the answer Andreas gave him. “But why? I thought you are willing to leave and come with me." “I have to give my family a proper burial and goodbye before I leave," Andreas replied to the skeleton man. “Humans attracted to the useless carcass. I never understood why you mourn. It's better to move on and get on with your life." “You don't understand how vital mourning is for us humans. Since you are undead, you do not feel anything rather than your logical evil way of dealing with things. Now, I know why we despise the undead as living beings." One hour passed, Andreas buried his entire family. He gave his last goodbyes to their graves before walking back to the skeleton man. “Im ready to go with you." “Very well!" The skeleton spoke, then below him and Andreas, a purple magic circle formed. “teleportation," the skeleton man chants, a purple light then wrapped the two of them. Within seconds Andreas saw that he was at another place. It was an eerie place; its walls were thick black stone bricks, with candles and torches giving light. It was like a prison under a castle, an abandoned prisoner with only lights remaining accurate. However, Andreas hears a voice, “welcome back, master." Andreas, who was next to the skeleton, saw a demon wearing a butler's outfit. This demon had a goat head with two giant horns. This demon gazed at Andreas and suddenly asked the skeleton man, “Master, who is this human child? Is he your dinner for tonight?" “No, he not dinner, don't you notice something special about him?" The skeleton spoke to the butler. “No, master, I only see him as your meal. I cannot see anything special about him if this is a prank to play with your food, master. Then perhaps I must re-educate you with proper table demon etiquette." “Oh, come on, Lumiere! Look closer at him; you'll be able to see what I mean." “Fine master, if you insist. But if it's just you playing with food. Then I will re-educate you again." The demon goat looks closely at Andreas. To Andreas, being watched intently by a demon sent chills down his spine. His body started to shake uncontrollably. Then the butler goat demon had his eyes widened, “What is this! Such an astonishing thing but how his only human." “See, Lumiere, this child is somewhat unique. However, this is the first time I saw something like this to the point it's terrifying me." “I see, master, so that's why you have taken him in. He will surely be a fantastic addition to the great lich emperor that rules the evil demon continent. Such a fine addition; you are truly an amazing master.” “Enough with the compliments, Lumiere, I know how great I am. Now I want you to take good care of this delicate child. I do not know what kind of power he has, but I am sure it is destructive." “Do not worry, master; I will indeed train and whip him to shape as one of your priced warriors. However, we must perhaps treat his injuries. He's also on the verge of dying if we don't treat him immediately." “Then bring him to Plantes, to treat him, and make sure to make him feel at home. Treat him with the best demon hospitality." “That will not be a problem, master."
