I went to get changed in uniform and starts working ellie asked me what happened I told her that I lied to her because she is so angry... and I get a day off from work

Then I starts working but I couldn't focus on work because I was thinking about James.. the way Natalie hold his hand.. they way they look at each other.. I don't want think about but I can't control myself

I went to ellie and said can you look after table 4 I'm not feeling well she said are you okay I replied just a little headache I remove my apron and went to restroom

I Wash my face I look myself in mirror and said why am I uncomfortable.. who is he .. no one... he is just another jerk... I can handle him... I hate him.. I hate him so much..

I saw a lady was looking at me like I'm mad women who talk to herself..

I said what am I not supposed to talk to myself .. tell me.. she quickly run towards door without saying anything.. I thought yeah she clearly think I'm mad..

I went outside and put on my apron and starts working again..

I work whole day I pull my phone and check the time 10'O clock I changed my clothes and call for cab... I was waiting outside for cab...

" I should take my car from office... but if James was there.. well it's already so late.. so it's not gonna be there.. I should take my car.." I thought in my mind

The cab arrived I get in the car and told cab driver to take me to office..

After 20 minutes drive I reached at office I pay the cab driver and I look around carefully and went to my car I saw James car was there... so I quickly unlock my car...

" oh boy oh boy.. my luck is not good"

I heard James was talking on the phone I quickly get in the car and hide down in the car.. I peak out a little bit to see

James was standing front of my car... talking on the phone.. I close my eyes and starts praying

" I hate him.. I should run my car over him.. what.. no.. no.. I'm not a killer.."

I thought in my mind

I open my eyes and James was not their... I sign relief.. and starts the car engine and drive away

I reached at house and grab my all stuff from the car and went inside... I went upstairs to my room..

I took a quick shower and wear shorts and a t-shirt ... I sit on the edge of the bed and call Alex... he didn't pick the call

I thought " maybe he is sleeping it's already late.. I should also get some sleep"

I lean back on the bed but I couldn't sleep I just roll over on the one side of bed to another..

" Tomorrow I should go the office and solve this contract problem... I don't want James anymore in my life... get some sleep Lara tomorrow is gonna be a long day.. I fall asleep..

The next morning I went downstairs .. went to kitchen and grab a bowl from cabinet.. I open the fridge and grab the bottle of milk.. I pour cereal in the bowl and add milk in it... I grab the bowl and sit on the island and starts eating my cereal... I grab my phone and call sarah..

" hello Sarah" I said

" hey Lara how's you and where did you go yesterday All of sudden" she asked me

" I'm fine .. no I was getting late for work so that's why... and chris take me to his house.." I said

" oh wow Mr chris take you to his house that's a breaking new..so what did you do" she asked

" Nothing just we drink coffee and just talking about each other nothing else.. and what happened after I left.." I said

" Nothing Natalie and James went somewhere I don't know about that" she said

I thought

" surely they both went to romantic date... James gave her a rose and they drink an expensive campaign on the beach holding each other hands ..maybe James proposed her.. I keep stiring the cereal with spoon and imagine the scene James proposed Natalie..

" hello Lara are you there" sarah said

" what.. yeah...yeah I'm .. are going to office" I asked

" yeah I'm going.. are coming to office" she said

" yeah I'm coming I'll meet you at the office"

" Great see you there " she hung up the phone and I pushed the bowl away and head down on the island...

after a breif moment I get up from chair and went upstairs to take shower..

I took shower and wear a rope and then I opened the closet....

I grab a gray dress shirt and put it on I styled my hairs in high ponytail and over that I put it a gray trench coat and white sneaker...

I grab a envelope clutch and put in my phone in it and went to the garage I unlocked the car and get in the car

I starts the engine and starts driving

I was stuck in traffic for an hour.. but finally I reached at office I parked my car and grab my bag get up from the car then unlock it..

I went inside the office and saw mia was crying and a couple of other girls were comforting her... I went to sarah and asked her

" why mia is crying what happened to her?

" oh Lara you are here why are you so late" she said

" I was stuck in traffic and tell me why mia is crying" I asked her again

" you know Mr James fired her and he Soo angry on all of the staff.. she said

I said but why he fired her sarah said I don't know the whole story but clearly she did something wrong that's why Mr James fired her
