Gia’s POV The next day was quite. The only people I saw was a guard who handed me my food and a nurse. Not having to hide anymore was great! I was actually able to see the people in the room and talk to them. I didn’t know the guard but I did know the nurse. She is one of the older ladies named Glenda that worked in the clinic. She told me that she is always the one to come and change the IV bags and that she was told she is not allowed to tell anyone about his condition or anything she sees. I don’t know why that would have to be kept a secret. I tried to get Glenda to tell me more but she refused saying that the reason she has survived so long is that she obeys and keeps her head down.
