Gillian's was an old restaurant and genuine treasure of Piony town. Founded in 1956 by Edward and Martha Gillian, it had stayed in business ever since dishing out mouth watering delicacies that never lost its flavour on my tongue. Although it was a long pasti ts glory days, the restaurant was still kicking on with it's old red brick walls and giant Gillian's sign on its roof that brought back nostalgic feelings from decades gone for many who grew up in the town.
