It was an amazing moment. Being able to make her mine and heal her in the process, was a great fulfillment. Not sure how I felt about sharing her with another man, but I’ll have to try.
“You’re lost in thoughts” Dawn said, holding my hand as we walked back to the castle.
“Just remembering our moment earlier” I replied, smiling down at her. Rhett was walking behind us.
“Aren’t you going to hold her hand?” I asked. He was also his mate and he needed to be there too.
“You guys look like you have it handled” he said, picking up the pace and walking ahead of us.
Dawn let go of my hand and followed him, probably to give him comfort. Had to admit, I was a little jealous, but I knew I had nothing to worry about. She wanted us both the same.
