Locating and Identifying Targets
The very best and easiest abduction targets for The System and similar organizations are North American and Western European tourists. Locating potential subjects for abduction was easy. A recent survey, conducted by a respectable travel magazine, revealed something that most business travelers and even other tourists abroad already knew: that the worst tourists, in terms of courtesy, attitude, respectfulness, general behavior and mode of dress, were Americans.
