*Sterling's POV*
I was exhausted by the time we had arrived back at Jasper's house. I have elected to stay with my mate instead of my family at the packhouse Jasper had been given special permission from the Alpha to miss training over the next two days as we prepared for his move to Briarwood.
Jasper had carried me back to his place from his parents as my feet were just so sore. His parents were lovely people, and although they did seem apprehensive at first, they warmed to me and in the end, I think they were just happy for us to have found each other.
