After Vic had teleported from the area back into his room, a notification screen appeared.
"You're just getting stronger by day and I'm impressed." Ang said excitedly.
"I guess since the HP had levelled up, it will be adding by a 100." Vic said ignoring Ang's word. "It's disappointing that I don't know how to fight so well. If not for my Energy drain skill and teleport skill. I won't have gotten to this point.
I really can't rely on the little fighting tricks my foster dad taught me.
I need a more talented fighter that can teach me how to fight with fists and kicks." Vic imagined himself fighting as he swung his arm around. Standing in a fighting position, ready to kick an imagined opponent.
But then, his mobile phone ranged. It was rare since he had never used his phone to call anyone. He decided to pick the call, thinking it might be someone important, if not his foster parents.
As he picked up, he heard a familiar female voice. It was Melody's.
"Vic, listen to me carefully, I want you to pack your stuffs and exit your house now. Come straight to the airport. Some guys are after you! Make sure you ... .. hmmn ... .. hmmn .."
"Melody! Melody!!" Vic shouted and tried the number again.
' sorry, the customer you've called cannot be reached'
"Oh s**t I've got to move!!"
He packed his traveling bags and useful items, and went for the door. As he got to the door, he looked back at the house for the very last time before leaving.
"I thought I had a family, but it doesn't seem so. I promise to find out who gave you that stupid order to accept and dump me, and I'll have my revenge on whosoever it is!" Vic promised. "But right now, I need to get stronger!!"
And he left for the airport.
******
He went towards the waiting hall as soon as he reached the airport.
"At least, this is where we students are told to wait on the flight day. Even if today is not the scheduled day, I still have to wait here. But it's a kind of creepy here." He was surprised on why it was so quiet and so empty. The only he could hear was the Air conditioner that was making a stream of noise.
"What could have happened here?!" He looked around to see if he could see anyone around.
"Is this place always quiet?!" Vic wondered.
If he had been to the airport before, he would have known. Since he had entered the airport, he only saw a few people here and there but they all look frightened. Approaching them might cause a terror. He also noticed that the securities were frozen like statues.
None of them moved, nor talk.
Until he reached the waiting hall to see that it was empty, like no one has ever been there. There were no furnitures nor photographs nor any object.
So he left the waiting hall to survey the other places including the reception.
As he got closer to the reception, it was far more quiet than the waiting hall he was coming from. At least, the A.C was making some noise there, but it wasn't here.
While patrolling around the reception, he came across an iron steel door. He placed his ears on the door in hope to hear something, Fortunately, he heard some faint noises coming from the door.
"I think this door is made of a sound proof material, but not of a good quality. I can still hear some sounds." Vic thought as he tried to open the door. But there were no door handles. It had been removed completely from the door.
"Are people inside?? Maybe I should try and contact Melody again!"
'The person you're calling cannot be reached.' The phone beeped.
"I need to enter this room at all cost." Vic said, and at that second, he saw a little hole at the steel door and he peeped.
He saw some guys holding guns in their hands, and behind them, multitudes of people laid down flat with their chest to the ground, shaking. Many had bruises and marks on their bodies, it was a horrible sight and denial of human rights. Right at the back, Vic saw Melody standing with her hands tied with a chain.
Vic thought of what to do and said "Only if I could change my appearance."
He searched through the reception until he came across a hoody Cloth. He put on the hood and said with seriousness.
"It's show time!!"
He appeared behind her and luckily no one saw him. Melody was about to freak out, but Vic had covered her mouth before anything else could happen.
"Are you okay Melody??" Vic whispered as he quickly took off the chain that was used to bound Melody. Unluckily, the guys heard the sound of a metal falling and turned around, only to see a boy standing.
Meanwhile, after Melody was freed by Vic from the chains, she casted her invisibility skills.
"You gotta be careful Vic! you're the one they're looking for." Melody whispered softly into Vic's ear.
"It seems like what we're looking for is right in front of us. Where is the girl?" one of the men appearing to be the boss of the gang spoke. He was smoking weed.
"Why are you looking for me?" Vic shouted in anger. "Are you the one that ordered my parents to dupe me at this tender age of mine?!"
"Get the boy!" the boss commanded, and four men went towards Vic.
"I will stop this foul play of yours!" He sounded a lot more patient and he scanned through the area, and saw that there were seven men in total.
The room was large enough, so there were a lot of space for them. And soon, the ones coming to Vic, were beaten in seconds. They rose up and charge at Vic once again, but they all felt their body feeling weak.
That was because Vic had cast energy drain on the four.

"The next step is to get rid of the six men, afterwards I'll take care of the boss. I just hope the seven guys are strong!" Vic thought to himself, as he swinged into action. They are Eleven in number.
Vic whispered into the air hoping that Melody will hear.
"Are you there?" Vic asked, and Melody answered yes. "I have a plan, I want you to borrow me your invisibility powers."
After explaining what needs to be done, they both took into action.
Melody turned all the captured people invisible and quickly went to open the steel door. Melody's magic is capable of making a thousand people and herself invisible. The boss wasn't near the door, infact, he was standing as he too commanded his men to fight Vic.
At the same, Vic was fighting the men, but he wasn't faring well.
His whole body is filled with bruises and pain. Until he looked over to where Melody was, and then a huge grin appeared on his face.
"Nice timing!"
Immediately, Vic activated his teleport and energy drain skill and in a minute, all the six men were down, already defeated.

"I really do need to learn how to fight with fists!" Vic thought as he imagined how painful the hits he received from the men were, but quickly focus his attention on something else. The boss of the gang.
They both clashed against each other but the difference was clear as one was on top of the other.
Vic was the one on top of the boss, he continue giving him blow upon blow. Not giving him a breathing space. Blood was dripping down his mouth.
"Why did you ordered them to take me in as their child and also threatened them to leave me?"
Although he was unable to speak well, the boss managed to say some words.
"I... I don't ...know what you're saying. I did not order them anything. We... haven't met before!" The boss whose name is Mario uttered.
"What do you mean??" Vic shouted.
"I'm not the one! I... I just want to use you as an hacker. I heard from someone that you had a system ability, so I planned to use you, even though I don't know where you're living. So I find out about your school and knew you were to come to the airport by next week.
"I spread the fake news to all the parents that you guys will take off today.
I'm sorry, I did this because I need you and I don't know your location."
"You piece of crap, why did you do this" Vic shouted again in anger.
After some while, Melody cancelled her invisibility skill. She used her magic to teleport the victims back to a safer place and had called the cops.
"I heard it all, you need to take it easy." Melody said as she gave him a beer hug.
With Vic's back turned on Mario, he had the full opportunity to strike. Melody saw the man tall over them with a sword in his hands.
'Strike'
Melody Fell down on her knees, her grip on Vic had loosen. She was stabbed by Mario's shortsword. It was painful indeed, as Vic realized what had happened, his senses ran down.
He didn't know what to do next. Melody took the hit for him. Just why would she do that.
"Melody!! Melody! please wake up. Pleeeasse!!!
A squad of police entered the room as they broke down the steel door. They went straight to Mario, who was still holding the sword filled with blood in his hands. As the cops got closer to him, they saw him no more.
He has disappeared from the area.
"Please help me!! Over here!" Vic shouted so the cops could hear me. They took her from him and placed her on a stretcher and wheeled her to the ambulance car, heading towards the hospital.
Vic explained to the cops by lying that a man had come to save them, killing the gangs all except their boss. He also said that Melody was stabbed by the man and him, Vic was the last person to be teleported, but wasn't because Melody was injured. Also the man disappeared before the cops came in.
"Why didn't the man kill the boss since all the gang members are all dead?" Thebc questioned Vic.
"I don't know, but he was asking about his parents or something!"
"His parents?!" The cop said amused.
"what kind of devil would kill because of his parents" He thought.
After a while, they allowed Vic to leave and said, he could also visit Melody anytime he wish.
But before he left, they asked Vic what the man looked like and thank Goodness for a smart thinking, he had the cloth filled with the blood of Mario. It can't be easily identified till he leave the area. Series of test will take place, but none of his blood would be identified.
All Vic said was that the man had a strange ability, the ability to teleport around, and he was wearing a hood.
They thanked him and Vic head over to the ticket stand, where his fellow classmates were. They were not part of those that were held captive. I think they were a bit late. How Melody got kidnapped is what he didn't know and would love to ask her.
He saw his classmates staring at him like he was some kind of disease until one said; "were you also kidnapped?"
He didn't answer and instead focus as he went towards the clinic bay to see the person who had sacrifice herself for him.
