After the pain Vic felt in his heads had settled down, he started to have a clear vision. And he could see things more clearer than before.
"Vichette, your eyes! They are different!!" Spiro exclaimed.
"What did you mean different?" Vic asked as he was confused by what Spiro had said.
"Come over here!" Spiro dragged Vic towards the stagnant water that had dripped from the rock.
When Vic bent down to view the image of himself, he was shocked. The white of his eyes was silver in colour and the pupil was lilac blue.
"What are you?!" Spiro said.
'I think I have an energy drain skill. Aren't they the same?"
'Why is resistance, 0? You said all stats will be given bonuses of 100. ' asked Vic.
'Alright, but Man, this is awesome, this is more than I had expected. But I thought I was a vampire, why am I having the trait of Dragon?'
'They are all hidden beyond the mountain' Ang replied
'Beyond the mountain??' Vic asked.
"Beyond the mountain! Beyond the mountain!!" Vic said as he stood up from where he was. Spiro was getting crazy, he didn't understand all what was happening. He just saw Vic standing up and moving towards a corner of the mountain. It was like he was being controlled by something, he was moving like a zombie who is after a human.
Vic didn't know but he felt something drawing him to a place. He got to the place and as he lifted up his eyes, he saw something we could call an inscribed writing on the wall. It was written in some language.
Spiro who had been following Vic was still confused.
"This is it!" Vic said excitedly.
"What?!" Spiro asked.
"The writing on the wall is the key to the opening."
"What writing on the wall, I can't find any writing." Spiro was getting more confused.
Vic upon realising that no matter what he said, Spiro can't see what he saw and that he is different from him, ( when he had first met with Spiro, he used his detect skill on him and saw that he was a human being ) he stop arguing with Spiro and end it with; "Nevermind!"
Spiro wasn't understanding all what is happening, he didn't know if he was dreaming or this person has ran mad.
He wasn't as anxious as he had been since, he didn't know if he could follow this person. He's taking extra precautions not to fall into any evil traps.
As he kept on watching Vic, some kind of thoughts just came into his mind. He didn't know what it is. It wasn't his own thoughts but it was like someone is talking in his mind.
The voice was gentle and soothing to him.
' Don't follow him. You shouldn't follow him! Don't follow him, you shouldn't follow him!! Don't follow him, you shouldn't follow him!!!'
'Can you just at least let me see what he's going to do. Heck what is wrong with my mind.' Spiro thought in his mind. He had concluded the thought to be his thought.
Vic was busy doing some things to the written words of the wall. He was arranging the code of the words.
The words were written in some kind of code.
"I don't understand why someone would put such an easy code on this words."
The code was easy for him, it was something related to him. Within some minutes, he was done with the unlocking.
"It's Done!" Vic shouted loudly, and Spiro who was behind Vic was looking around to see what he was talking about. But despite all his efforts, he still don't understand all what is happening.
"Dwell with me and I will stay by your side!" The writing reads like that.
Immediately, the mountain start opening and an hidden passageway was revealed.
"How did you do that?!" Spiro asked excitedly.
Vic didn't answer but instead focused on going into the mountain. He took a step to enter the mountain, but Spiro stopped him.
"Where did you think you're going, don't tell me that you're going into that Dark place?!"
"You can wait here, I'll go in. And if you don't see me in a day's time, you can go ahead to your village." said Vic to Spiro.
The thought came into Spiro's mind again; ' Don't follow him, you shouldn't follow him! Don't follow him, you shouldn't follow him!! Don't follow him, you shouldn't follow him!!! '
Spiro couldn't say anymore, that thought was bothering him. And so he agreed to wait till Vic comes in a day's time.
' But what if he doesn't comes back? And how will he see in the dark, it's really dark in there. ' Spiro thought.
"Hey, I'll collect it from you when you come back. It is very expensive to buy." Spiro said as he gave Vic a light source gem before he could enter the mountain.
As he entered the dark assageway, the secret opening shut behind him.
"Is that a no-turning back sign?" Vic joked, "Man, it's so dark in here, can I ever get out of here alive. This darkness is killing me!" Vic protested. "Well it's not my fault. If not for this stupid special Quest, I won't have been here."
Vic kept on talking to himself, "But all this rewards that I'm getting, All this supernatural powers and unexplainable happenings that are occuring and popping out of nowhere, why is it all happening?"
He tripped upon something and the impact was loud.
"Ah!" He blurted out as he tried to endure the pain, but it was unbearable. The pain he was feeling right now was worse than getting hit in the stomach.
With so much anger, he tried to locate what he had tripped upon to tear such thing into many pieces, if possible.
But he was unlucky, as he tripped upon another thing again.
"Roar!!"
With no intention of doing so, he let out a mighty roar. It echoed in the Cave-like Mountain, and suddenly strange things start happening.
Suddenly, gems of all different colours started shining all over the cave. And Vic could see where he was.
"Welcome Home, Great Hero of the Sakhorah Vampdragon"
"The leader of the Sakhorah Vampdragon, you are the first to arrive just as the prophecy had foretold."
"Please who are you? and is this place the forbidden temple??" Vic asked, he could not see who the person was, nor where the person is.
"The forbidden temple. Do you mean this temple?!" The voice said, only to be showing herself to Vic.
She had a scally skin all from her waist down to her feet, but the rest of her body parts from waist to her head was in a human being form.
Vic was frightened and the creature in front of him could tell that he's scared.
"You don't need to be afraid of me, I'm not someone that could do you any harm." The creature said. "I am an Humanoid Dragon 6, your mother's sister."
"My mother's sister? I have a mother??" Vic asked waiting for a reasonable answer. The Humanoid Dragon nodded positively.
At last, someone knows about his real parents.
'I will make sure I ask every damn question I've ever wanted to ask.' Vic thought.
'Really? Are you that desperate for an answer to your questions' The Humanoid Dragon said in Vic's mind.
'Did she just speak in my mind, and also read my thoughts? Are we having similar powers??'
The dragon continued,
"I can help you with your questions but you have to do some things before you could get your answers!" She replied and crawled towards a golden throne made with gemstones.
When Vic took a quick inspection of the cave, the point where he was, was wonderfully decorated by some materials that Vic couldn't recognize and he never think he had seen such things before.
The humanoid dragon saw Vic glancing at the decorations of the cave, and she cleared her throat to draw his attention
"Are you listening to me? Or you are still looking at those?" she asked.
"Errm, sorry Ma'am Dragon." He said casually.
"I am not Ma'am Dragon, I am humanoid dragon 6. You can call me that!
"Humanoid Dragon 6?"
"There are six humanoid Dragon to be in existence. I am the number sixth and last dragon left!"
"Last dragon left, where are the remaining five dragons."
"They are all dead. I can't tell you the full details now, but I promise to tell you once you complete your task. I just want to know if you want to do this or not?!" The dragon asked.
"Will I get answers to all this strange happenings happening to me, if I complete this task?" Vic asked.
"Yes! I can't tell you anything until you complete the task."
Vic can't wait to get the answers to his questions, he was going to do anything it takes just to get his answers.
"I will do it. I will do the task with everything I have!" Vic replied.
"Not everything you have, but your full self!" The dragon corrected him and went behind the throne.
She was dragging a half killed beast. It was a Stampebeast, a beast that is known to have connection with thunder. The two large horn on its head lights up in blue and lightning from the sky will connect with its horn.
Whenever the beast connects with the thunder, its full body gets coated in lightning. And when this happens, no attack can kill it or pass through his skin.
The only problem the beast cause when its body is electro-coated is that, the power of the crystal and gems gets weaker and weaker. And if the beast finally gets defeated, the gemstone and crystal will be completely diminished. They can't be used anymore.
Many people prefer not to fight with it because of Its disadvantages. Even if they kill it, the gems and crystals will be useless. Why the need to fight with something valueless and just a waste of time and strength.
The humanoid dragon brought out the beast all chained up by some special chain.
"This beast is weak and it can't fight in full force. Use your new acquired skill to drain its attribute, the thunder element." Humanoid Dragon instructed.
'How did she know about my skill, heck I should ask her.' Vic thought.
"Out of all questions, I will pay answer that now. You want to know how I knew about your powers and abilities?"
"Err, I mean yeah, I kind of want to know." answered Vic.
"My answer is short and simple, I am the one that created the system, thereby Mesmerizing your personality. I know what are your powers and what are not!" The dragon explained.
"What and what are not? System?" Vic wasn't getting anything. The reply doesn't answer his questions.
"I can't tell you more than that, not while you've not completed your task." She said.
Vic went towards the beast, placing his hands on his head, he activated his Mana drain skill on it. And immediately, he felt the surge of power going through him.
