Wilona's POV I drifted in and out of sleep. Hearing the faint beeping noise and muffled voices, I don’t recognise. Aiyana’s quiet snores permeated my mind as I slowly opened my eyes. Suddenly, my skin crawled with chills. Dr Lou came into my vision, holding my wrist and checking his watch. “Her pulse is weak, and she feels warm. Wilona, squeeze my hand if you are in pain.” He spoke with a rushed voice. I opened my mouth, wanting to tell him I felt cold, but no words came out of my mouth. Only the shiver of my lips and shuttering of my teeth. “She is burning. Quickly, give me the paracetamol bottle.” I felt the sheet covering me being removed. “Switch the air-conditioner to the lowest setting and let the drip flow. She should feel better soon.” A prick of a needle surprised me. “Wilo
