The sight of the breakfast splayed out seemed as if it had been prepared by a Michelin star chef as three silver dollar pancakes, eggs benedict, hash browns, and turkey bacon would be arranged in pristine presentation. The aromas were something nearly orgasmic as I took my seat facing the pool while Cliff sat across from me, swiping through his phone for what I assumed to be the news articles of the morning.
