“All done?” I snapped my head up and nodded. I took the work t-shirt off, then picked up my handbag and stood up.
“Let’s go,” I said and Jessica hooked her hand with mine.
We walked out of the mall after wishing some workers on our way Goodnight, before leaving.
“I’m so tired.” Jessica groaned and then placed her head on my shoulder.
I tapped her back tenderly, “Don’t worry, we will be home soon.” I said and she nodded.
“I like it when you call it that.” She mumbled.
My brows raised and I turned to look at her,
“Call it what?” I asked.
“Home. You always call it hold whenever I’m coming over and I like it.” She whispered in my ear and I giggled.
I was so sensitive in my ear and anything that touched it would either make me giggle or nervous.
