I did my laundry quickly, cleaned the house, and prepared breakfast as I waited for the time to clock eight. After the first text came with the address, another came stating the time I was supposed to be there and it was eight pm. Which felt like years to me. I wanted to so badly fast forward the time but I couldn’t do it, so to keep my mind off it I threw on my one-piece swimsuit and stepped out to the backyard to have some nice and relaxing swim.
