The pounding stopped and I nodded to Sam to open the door. Everyone except Harrison crowded into the little room. I glared.
“What do you think you’re doing, Galen? I gave you a job. Why are you here?” I growled.
“That man tried to kill your pups, Amy. I’m not going to let everyone else kill him without me.” He responded heatedly.
“Lucien wants to be the one to kill him. It’s his right, they’re his pups, too. You can beat the dude, but leave him alive.” I said. “When you’re done, get back to Madam Deveraux. I want my rotation stuck to. Everyone else, remember your jobs for today.”
