Lucien got up and left the bus. I stood and straightened my dress. It was a nice, light, summer dress that went down past my knees, and had wispy pieces of cloth on the shoulder which could almost be called sleeves. It was carnation pink and I paired it with some white strappy sandals.
When he stepped onto the cobblestones people cheered. Kieran had never gotten that kind of reaction to coming home. I looked at the guys, who were just as shocked as I was, and turned back to the steps.
