They quickly jerked away from each other and tried to straighten their outfits, while breathing heavily.
Alexander drew in a deep breath and calmed himself down, before reaching for the door knob. He wondered who it was. Was it his father? Or was it Mr. Daniel? Because those two were the only ones who had access to the outer office.
He opened the door to see Mr. Daniel standing just outside.
“Good morning sir.” Mr. Daniel said, with a bright smile on his face.
“Good morning. How are you?” He asked, wondering what he came to do in his office.
“I am fine thank you sir. How are you?” Mr. Daniel asked, then his eyes darted to Elizabeth that was inside the office, beside Alexander’s desk, going through some papers.
Alexander followed his line of sight and turned to also see Elizabeth.
