“Hi Mom, Dad.”
Zeke greeted and kissed her mom on her cheek and give her father a hug.
Hestia did the same on Zeke’s parents and also make sure to ask how they are doing.
“I’ve been waiting for you guys. We’ll be done cooking lunch in a few minutes.”
Mrs. Williams said, still in her apron.
“Is Avery here already?”
“Not-”
"I'm here."
Avery suddenly appeared behind them and announced her presence as she walked towards them. Avery kissed Mrs. Williams on both her cheeks and give Mr. Williams a warm hug.
"I've missed you, Avery. Why you just came now?"
"Sorry, Mom. I've been busy these past few days."
"You mean months."
Mrs. Williams corrected with one of her brows raised and her hands on her waist.
Avery scratched her nape, feeling shy and guilty.
