CHAPTER SIX The train depot across the road had a far newer, corrugated metal fence. Two security cameras sat on top of metal posts. The garage next to the depot had three doors, two of them open, displaying large bays with maintenance and construction vehicles being tended to. Dakota's eye was caught by a shower of sparks in one corner of the garage as a man in a protective helmet worked on a vehicle that resembled a dozer with a big rolling attachment on the front. Dakota wasn't an expert in construction but she guessed this was used for smoothing fresh asphalt. Another mechanic was working on a small golf cart with tool buckets in the back seat. No sparks flew from this particular vehicle, but the man cursed every couple of seconds as he tried to plug a leak in the front of the cart,
